Introduction

In the market, there are two main types of common materials, one is general needle punched felt material, another typical material is mesh material which material of Nylon, polypropylene, and polyester. While some special melt blown material can only be provided by few professional companies.

PPSG & PESG are standard materials for PFI, and both are the representative products of felt. As the filter products for liquid, its definition of micro rating is not that easy which counts on the thickness and the surface smooth of the felt, but on complex internal fiber proportioning. PFI use nearly 30 kinds of fibers with different diameter, adopt advanced fiber mixture equipment to manufacture accurate micro rating needle felt. Due to the wider variety of the material and the smaller quantity of each product, compared with those mono-fiber products, the professional material price will be more expensive.

To reduce the users' cost, we particularly developed the economical products such as PPB & PEB according to some industries with considerate quantity. If the quantity of the order is big enough, the price can be low enough.

However, anyway, PFI will secure that the materials we used in any application area are all 100% original raw material, and Sun-Central will strongly reject to adopt recycled material which may take security risk, as we can see which will produce poisonous substance that damage the stability of the products and do harm to public.

PFI has extended the mesh materials, except common Nylon mesh, we also developed two mesh products with special application with painting grade , food and pharmaceutical grade. In painting and colorant process, the material must be silicon free, oil & grease free, and fiber free. In food and pharmaceutical process, some usual Nylon mesh products will be forbidden by the security. We strictly define different material application for customer special ment. Also we can provide Polypropylene and Polyester monofilament products with richer chemical compatibility. All products for filtration adopts cross pointed fixed monofilament material instead of multifilament or uncross shot mesh products, which can gaining stable micro rating accuracy during filtration.

Polypropylene melt blown material is the decisive material for high-quality filter bags. No matter for absolute products or oil-adsorbent products, this technology is the most essential to make these products.
